We’ve had this playset for seven years. Kid craft was really good about helping us find replacement parts for the twisty slide and as we are selling it now they have two more that need to be replaced. Other than that it has survived neighborhood kids for 7 years

Absolutely obsessed!! Could not be more thrilled about it- and very happy we hired professionals to put it together- it took 6 hours with 2 contractors who have done this exact swing set before. I can’t imagine how long it would have taken my husband and I.
Much easier to put together than I expected. I had one friend help me and we put it up in nine hours across two days (about two hours spent building in the dark, which significantly slowed progress). Hardest part was the twisty slide.
Perfect playset for our family! Youtube instructions were very helpful, took about 16 hours total to put together. The bonus look out tower and play kitchen area are extra fun touches that my child really loves!
I’m so happy with our swing set! It was delivered perfectly. Took two guys 9 hours to build. They said they’ve built this model at least 20 times and they said the directions and quality are great. My kids are having such a blast!!!
